As of April 2nd, 2025, a new chapter begins for one of Amsterdam’s most iconic properties. The Conservatorium Hotel—renowned for its harmonious blend of historic architecture and contemporary design—is now officially managed by the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. While this marks an exciting transition, the hotel remains a proud member of The Set Collection, which continues to evolve as a modern brand affiliation company. This strategic alignment brings together two institutions that share a deep commitment to excellence, authenticity, and refined hospitality.

What This Means for Travel Advisors

First and foremost: operations continue as usual. The Conservatorium's core values remain firmly in place, with the same team, services, and cultural integrity that have made it a trusted favorite for discerning travelers. A few practical update to note: New GDS chain code: MO (previously TS). Also, there will be a gradual transformation will take place throughout 2025, culminating in a full rebrand to Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium, Amsterdam in Q1 2026. Last but not least, there is a new dedicated website: https://www.mandarinoriental.com/conservatorium.
